    • Technical Support

    We offer a fully managed service to ITIL standard providing ongoing support and maintenance for your business and clinical systems.

    You will have access to a first line support desk backed up by a dedicated group of support technicians ensuring that your call gets dealt with promptly and efficiently

    Our aim is to be the first choice for service provision through quality, cost, and continual improvement and development of our support staff and environment.

    Software Development

    We have significant experience in developing large and small scale software solutions. Our software consultancy, database and software development services will always be tailored to fit your requirements.

    Recent developments include public content management web sites for two NHS Trusts, a large scale intranet environment, plus, an integrated staff management, training and performance database with a web front-end.

    Graphic Design
    We have significant experience in providing creative design support to a wide range of clients within the public sector as well as delivering bespoke graphics to external agencies.

    We cover Leaflet, brochure, poster and display production, Brand identity concepts and rollout, Website planning, authoring and design.

    We also supply IT Software branding and packaging, consultancy on NHS Identity application/use, Illustration - digital and traditional media, Copywriting (campaign slogans), Photography and complete Campaign conceptualisation, structuring and delivery.

    IT Training

    The team offers a wide ranging portfolio of services, including the delivery of standard and bespoke courses/training for the Microsoft Office suite of applications within an accredited training centre or at your location.

    We deliver training from start to finish providing dedicated training materials, client specific focused courses and post training support through a dedicated telephone “support” facility.

    We also offer specialised NHS training to support the implementation of National Connecting for Health solutions within NHS Trusts, and have extensive experience of training in The Phoenix Partnership SystmOne solution for General Practice, Child Health, Prisons and Community professionals.

    Programme / Project Management

    We provide qualified, accredited personnel at both Programme (Managing Successful Programmes-MSP) and Project Management (PRINCE 2) levels.

    Our team has a wealth of experience in delivering Programmes and Projects in the ICT environment and also in the delivery of Change Projects.

    This service covers from project inception to final handover and the elements of each project undertaken are client specific to reflect individual requirements and to achieve identified outcomes.

    We recently undertook a successful programme of work encompassing project implementations in General Practice, Child Health, Prisons and Community Health environments throughout Suffolk.
