Additional Estate Management Services
Further services that we can provide under the broad banner of Estate Management are:
  • Fire Safety Training and Workplace Risk Assessments
    Our fire officers have a dual role and as former Fire Fighters or Fire Safety Officers they are well placed to carry out the now mandatory annual fire workplace risk assessments and training. We are able to prepare the annual certification for return to the centre.
  • Energy Monitoring and Targeting
    The department monitors all utility usage through TEAM software. This enables us to monitor excessive usage, for example, due to a burst underground main and to complete the works for the ERIC returns.

  • Estate Drawing Records
    We now hold all site drawings in electronic AutoCAD format and our in-house design team are AutoDesk AutoCAD qualified engineers using this industry standard software to produce drawings for your needs.
  • Surveys required in accordance with statutory compliance for asbestos and legionellosis management. Should any of the above be of interest or you have requirements that are not specifically covered within the examples covered, the Estates department will be pleased to discuss your requirements and develop a solution for your consideration.
