With our commitment to evolve to meet the business needs of our clients and continue providing value for money, we have brought together a number of complementary services. The Employee Services Centre will comprise of Payroll and Pensions, ESR System Administration and Data Input, Work Life Balance services and Fleet Administration. Bringing these functions together provides a one stop shop approach for all employee related remuneration and benefit services.

Our Quality Assurance systems, tailored to your requirements, provide you with peace of mind that payments are delivered to your terms and conditions of employment and therefore we can deliver accuracy levels in excess of 99.7%. This in turn ensures excellent control of your financial resources. We deliver our services through a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

 

 
Our Approach is to focus on delivery and go the extra mile where necessary to pay people what they expect when they expect it and when queries are raised, we respond to them the same day. Our flexibility means you have a happier workforce which in turn minimises the time your senior management have to spend on resolving day to day issues with employees.

We specialise in tailoring our services to your needs, integrating them seamlessly into your organisation. We are experienced in delivering payroll services in all areas of mental health, primary care and acute services and by ensuring payments comply with national and local terms and conditions, we contribute to good employee relations across your workforce. Plus, we support your managers with professional advice to deliver their day-to-day services. Training is paramount in delivering service excellence and our staff receive training, both in-house, due to the specialisation of NHS payrolls, ESR, the NHS Pension Scheme and Terms and Conditions of employment and in depth training by McKesson as the system provider of the Electronic Staff Record. Our high accuracy levels bear testimony to our knowledge and expertise in the operation of ESR. In house training is delivered through a mixture of shadowing and classroom style, supported by a mentor. Our very low staff turnover maintains our knowledge base which delivers greater accuracy, resulting in fewer pay queries.
